Cardio exercise format designed to burn calories through dance moves choreographed to a specific routine. Latin American and urban beats are the most commonly used genres, but it may vary based on popularity, instructor and class requests.
TODO ME DUELE
Strength and conditioning focusing on every major muscle group. Mostly high reps medium to low weight, cardio components include running, burpees, jump rope or resisted cardio using rowers or resistance bands. Be ready to scream " everything hurts"
TRAMPOLEAN
Cardio exercise performed on a personal trampoline. High intensity, low impact exercise. Optional to use bands, or other mild resistance equipment. All routines are modified to suit all fitness levels.
BUNGEE FIT
High resistance suspension chords designed to provide and low impact - high intensity cardio endurance workout. Suitable for all levels. Some restrictions apply, please see schedule for classes and requirements.

Cumbia, Salsa, bachata, merengue, reggaeton or whatever your rhythm may be, we got you covered. Come ready to dance and shake the stress away!
Nalga Day
Because no one raps about lil' butts! We have one day dedicated to building, lifting, toning, tightening and pumping the derriere! You know you want to...even if you don't need it!
Fit Camp
High Intensity Interval Training using an aerobic step. This class format focuses on endurance, agility speed and coordination. No choreography here! Just heart pumping music and moves that will make you burn an hour worth of calories in just 45 minutes.
Power Cycle
Speed, conditioning, strength, hills, valleys, music and yes a lil bit of ryhthm all under one roof and over one saddle. Cycle shoes are encouraged but NOT required. Suitable for all levels, reservation is required to secure a spot!
Cardio & Core
60 minutes dedicated to making body fat cry and challenge your core so you can show off a trim, toned and sculpted mid section. Are yo uup for the challenge?
